In a not so commonly seen side to caving life, join Martin Milner and Paul Mortimer as they go about their restoration of Darfar Ridge Cave in the Manifold Valley, Staffordshire which had been recently vandalised and was in a somewhat neglected state.
The cave itself is of significant historical value with details and deposits found dating back to the Palaeolithic period. As recently as 2016 it was visited by professors from the University of Manchester to investigate reports of rock art found within its depths.
